The opening date of the International Cable and Wire Industry Trade Fair is approaching, and we already feel the excitement at the thought of meeting both new and old friends at the exhibition.
At this year's trade fair, Jiangsu Hopda Machinery is bringing two highly demanded star products with us. They are the 1860 automatic coiling, strapping and wrapping machine and the 1250 double twist stranding machine.

The coiling machine serves as the last stage of production for making finished wires and cables into cable coils. It puts plastic straps to secure the shape of cable coils and wraps cable coils with either transparent or coloured films. The final products will look something like this.

The 1250 double twist stranding machine is a superior alternative to the traditional tubular strander, boasting three to four times the productivity of its counterpart. It is capable of stranding multiple (normally 7 or 19 strands) bare copper, aluminium or aluminium alloy wire into one strand. After that, the cable can be insulated by extruders. It can also be used to strand insulated cables without taping or wrapping on them.
