Product Description:

The high-speed extrusion line that we have is capable of being used for insulating and sheathing bare wires of copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy, with the application of PVC, PE, LSZH, HFFR, and XLPE materials.

 

Features:

  1.  Can be configured with additional extruders for co-extrusion or applying multiple colours on insulation layer
  2.  PLC control and user-friendly touch screen interface. 
  3.  Precise fixed-center crosshead for minimal need for adjustment.
  4.  The productioin line adopts various detecting devices such as precision meter counter, lazer diameter gauge and spark tester to guarantee the consistency in product quality.​
